About the role

Supplies Station, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Clerk to join our team in SM STORE MALL OF ASIA (MOA). As a Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their purchasing needs. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic retail environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain product knowledge to provide customers with informed recommendations
  • Restock and organize merchandise to ensure a neat and well-presented store
  • Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods
  • Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and seamless shopping experience
