Job Role
Conducts end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing to on-boarding process of candidates
Deliver quality candidates- from hiring of cashiers, sales crew, stock clerks, promodiser, and merchandiser
Able to do personnel action, movement of manpower employment status, preparing performance evaluation and contracts
Able to use recruitment system properly and efficiently including reports and trackers necessary in evaluating and updating of data.
Job Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or its equivalent
Preferably with at least 2 to 3 years related experience in retail or restaurant recruitment
Candidate must have a customer-oriented personality
Above Average verbal and written communication skills
With clear demonstration of teamwork, adaptability, initiative, analytical thinking, and problem solving capacity
Must be willing to work in Pasay City
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
