We're looking for a talented and engaging On-Site Live Streamer, showcasing and selling our products directly to viewers If you're passionate about creating fun, informative live content and love connecting with an online audience, this role is perfect for you.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular live streaming sessions to showcase and sell products according to the company's live stream schedule.
  • Plan and execute daily live streaming content, each live session lasting 2-3 hours, with 1-2 sessions per day.
  • Provide detailed product explanations, engage with viewers, and answer questions to drive sales and encourage audience interaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan special live streaming events, such as promotions and seasonal campaigns, to increase brand exposure and sales conversion.
  • Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of live streaming equipment to ensure smooth streaming.
  • Review performance data after each live session and provide feedback and improvement suggestions.
  • Continuously optimize live streaming content based on audience feedback and streaming data to increase audience engagement and conversion.
  • Influencers marketing and Other tasks as required by the company.

Work Hours:

  • Shifted schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 2:00PM-10:00PM with a 1-hour lunch break.
  • 1-2 live sessions per day, each lasting 2-3 hours.
  • 1 day off per week.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or above, prior live streaming or sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and connect with viewers during live streams.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, able to clearly and fluently present product details during live streaming.
  • Passion for interacting with people and a strong on-screen presence.
  • Basic knowledge of live streaming equipment and familiarity with video editing and graphics handling.
  • Ability to work fixed hours and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with other team members.
