  • Graduate of any Business Course
  • At least 3 - year experience in merchandising environment and experience in Retail Industry.
  • Experience in managing people
  • Able to work individually and in a team environment
  • Good interpersonal skill and communication skill

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure plans and programs for strategic vendor sourcing & develop programs per category.
  • Managing procurement strategies for assigned categories ( Stock Plan/Open to buy )
  • Develop Category promotions, highlights for revenue drivers
  • Manage category margins that will support bottom line profits.
  • Forecast sales, inventory, & margins to support business objectives
  • Provide leadership to direct reports – category managers for performance management
  • Demonstrate and promote organizational vision and mission
  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
