Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Manager based in Las Piñas. The Accounting Manager will oversee and manage the company's financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis. Daily tasks include supervising accounts payable and receivable processes, reconciling financial discrepancies, maintaining compliance with financial regulations, and preparing accurate and timely financial statements. The role also involves financial strategy development and collaboration with senior management to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis
  • Proficiency in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Reconciliation processes
  • Understanding of Compliance, Financial Auditing Standards, and Financial Regulations
  • Experience in Financial Strategy Development and Collaboration with Leadership
  • Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and ensure accountability
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field
  • CPA or equivalent certification is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
