A leading and rapidly growing company in the pharmaceutical and food manufacturing sector is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Operations Leader to oversee and elevate its large-scale production environment.

This is a high-impact leadership role with the opportunity to shape operations at a strategic and organizational level.

Location: Nueva Ecija

Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end operations in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment
  • Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing initiatives
  • Manage cross-functional teams and optimize complex supply chains
  • Implement and enhance quality systems (ISO, GMP, HACCP, etc.)
  • Leverage ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to improve operational efficiency
  • Champion automation, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a senior leadership role within Pharma or Food Manufacturing
  • A proven track record of leading large-scale manufacturing operations
  • Strong strategic thinking with a solid operational mindset
  • Deep expertise in supply chain, logistics, and quality systems
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team development skills
  • Strong financial acumen and a results-driven approach
  • Agility in navigating change and solving complex operational challenges
