Job Summary:

The Project Engineer will be responsible for leading and executing line expansion projects with a focus on new line installations in bottling, packaging, and beverage operations. This role requires strong technical knowledge of production line utilities and equipment, coupled with proven project leadership and management capabilities. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in project management, specifically in FMCG or beverage manufacturing environments, overseeing end-to-end execution of line expansion projects from design to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage new line installation projects including bottling, packaging, and associated utilities.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle: planning, design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Provide technical input on equipment selection, line layout, and utility requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, maintenance, and procurement to align project deliverables with business goals.
  • Manage contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure efficient and safe execution of work.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for project execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production line efficiency and reliability.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports and technical documentation to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in project management within FMCG or beverage manufacturing industries.
  • Proven expertise in line expansion projects, particularly in bottling and packaging operations.
  • Strong technical knowledge of production line utilities and equipment.
  • Demonstrated project leadership and management skills, including managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
