Job Responsibility:

Supply Chain:

• Timely keying in of orders and acknowledgement of customer purchase orders and issuing of purchase orders to vendors.
• Ensure supply of materials to meet customer requirements
• Process all PEZA/Customers requirements.
• Prepares all reportorial requirement of PEZA/Customs.
• Support planning process including forecasting.
• Monitor and conducts inventory of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Liaise with insurance company to cut insurance when needed and involve in insurance claim when damage occurred on shipments.
• Assist in verifications of transporters, forwarders and warehouse invoices.
• Answering phone calls in a courtesy and responsive manner, filing of documents and proof of delivery.
• Be a Multi-Tasker, good working attitude and be able to work fast with accuracy.
• Any others ad-hoc duties which assigned by MOD time to time.

Special Assist: Material Planning

• Ensure the production planning, production scheduling and control aspect of the orders received will meet delivery time
• To make sure raw material and pigment stock inventory are sufficient to support sales forecast
• To record and analyze the raw material and pigment consumption for each order and each item and highlight to purchaser for any inventory shortage. This can be done via
• SAP Production Module - Production Release section Highlight the abnormality in
• Ensure minimal backlog status through close liaison among interrelated departments, inventory control and material management personnel
• Monitoring of production yield loss which might affect over usage of raw material and pigment. Highlight the abnormality in usage to production manager and purchaser for corresponding actions.
• Maintain all documentation in a systematic order.

Requirements:

• At least recognize Diploma/Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain management
• At least 2 to 3 year working experiences, advantages in shipping and shipment arrangement.
• Able to work in a very fast-paced environment, ability to work independently and take ownership in work.
• Fluent in English for both reading and writing.
• Familiar with Local Customs rules and procedure

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
