HELPDESK OPERATOR

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review and dispatching of tickets to respective support groups
  • Receiving calls from the requesters
  • Monitoring of tickets until its completion
  • Processing of ticket for the food and transportation requests
  • Coordination with the food and transportation vendors

About the Person:

  • Preferably with familiarity in BPO set-up.
  • good communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • good analytical skill
  • strong attention to detail in evaluating the requests
  • can do multitasking
  • can work under pressure
  • willing to work on a shifting schedule (morning, mid or night shift)
  • can work 6 days a week (rest day can be on weekend or weekday)
