Cadet Engineer

Hiring Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in any field of Engineering or Industrial Technology

· Preferably with working experience from a manufacturing company.

· Preferably with knowledge in basic production and machine maintenance.

· Flexible and can work long hours

Job Description

Position Summary: This position serves as Trainee; entry level engineers are exposed to technical/operational/service tasks for them to assume engineer post after sufficient and holistic training.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Familiarization and exposure on the day-to-day tasks of the Technicians, Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Leadman, Production & Maintenance Engineers, etc.
• Familiarization and hands on with machines and equipment and its monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarization and utilization of appropriate operational forms for documentation purposes.
• Exposure in preparing Preventive Maintenance, Improvement Projects, Repairs, Inventory report, etc.
• Monitors use of materials and resources needed for projects, repairs and maintenance.
• Assists in ensuring that materials, equipment, and other resources are in good conditions.
• Assists in preparing requisitions of needed resources
• Participates in meeting called by superiors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management
