About the role

As a Selling Supervisor Offline, you will play a vital role in overseeing the sales operations at our retail store located in Robinsons Place Santiago, Isabela. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of sales associates, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of the sales team, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance monitoring
• Providing leadership, training, and development to sales associates to enhance their skills and drive productivity
• Ensuring store merchandising, presentation, and inventory management standards are consistently maintained
• Identifying and implementing strategies to boost sales, customer satisfaction, and team morale
• Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that aligns with the company's values and culture

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory or management role, preferably in the consumer products industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach
• Proficient in inventory management, sales reporting, and data analysis
• Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
