Restaurant Supervisor

LAMUGBA is looking for a customer-oriented restaurant supervisor to ensure that all restaurant operations run as smoothly as possible. The responsibilities of a restaurant supervisor encompass overseeing the activities of restaurant staff, ensuring proper customer service, supervice restaurant operations, ensuring quality control, and analyzing performance and financial tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Staff management: Supervise staff, schedule shifts, train new employees, and evaluate performance.

Daily operations: Ensure the smooth running of daily operations, including managing inventory, ordering supplies, and expediting orders when needed.

Customer service: Greet guests, ensure food and service quality, resolve complaints, and aim for customer satisfaction.

Compliance: Uphold and enforce health, hygiene, and safety standards, ensuring a clean and organized environment.

Financial management: Assist with tracking sales, managing cash flow, and preparing daily reports for management.

Required Skills

· Strong communication, organization, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and solve problems efficiently.

· Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

· Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights

Requirements

· Currently located within Cagayan De Oro City.

· A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business or related field is an advantage.

· A minimum of 2-3 years equivalent work experience; previous leadership experience is a plus.

· Knowledgeable and experienced in various facet of restaurant operations.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible time schedule.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
