As a Consultant, you will work shoulder-to-shoulder with Senior Consultants and Solution Architects to design, build, and support EPM solutions—starting with Anaplan and expanding to other leading platforms. You will translate complex finance problems into robust, scalable models that empower clients to plan, analyze, and implement their strategies with confidence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Client Discovery and Design - Facilitates workshops to capture business goals, data flows, and pain points. Translates requirements into clear functional specifications and model blueprints. Helps define agile sprint backlogs and acceptance criteria.
  • Model Development (Anaplan & Beyond) - Builds lists, modules, line-item formulas, dashboards, and workflows following model-building best practices. Maintains model security, data integrations, and performance tuning. Contributes to integration work (flat files, APIs) alongside ERP/BI teams.
  • Testing and Deployment - Executes unit tests, supports SIT/UAP, and documents test evidence. Troubleshoots defects, optimize calculations, and iterates quickly.
  • Post-Go-Live Support - Provides hyper-care, resolves user tickets, and delivers minor enhancements. Updates user manual and process documentations. Trains key users.
  • Data and Analytics Enablement - Manipulates and reconciles data using Excel, SQL, or Python scripts. Builds ad-hoc analytics and visualizations to showcase solution value.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Management Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
  • With at least 3 years of hands on experience in Anaplan or comparable EPM implementations
  • Must have strong financial-modeling logic and understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and consolidation concepts.
  • Has solid grasp of agile delivery (scrum/kanban) and ITSM ticketing basics.
  • Has analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Must have clear, confident-building communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Willingness to travel and work onsite when client schedules demand.
