We are seeking a skilled and experienced
AMS Consultant
to join our
L2 S&AS Supply team
. The ideal candidate will possess a strong functional and technical background, with a particular focus on supply chain management processes and AMS (Application Management Services) activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional and technical support for supply chain management processes, including general knowledge of supply chain notions such as
    Distribution, Allocations, Demand Management, Forecasting, Pricing, and Replenishment.
  • Utilize and manage
    Opcon scheduler, ETL processes, SQL databases, and BLOB management
    to support supply chain operations.
  • Handle
    incident management
    , perform
    root cause analysis
    , and ensure
    user proximity
    to address and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage
    problem management processes
    and follow up on action plans to ensure continuous improvement and issue resolution.
  • Escalate issues
    as necessary to ensure timely resolution and
    maintain service levels
    .
  • Collaborate closely with users to
    understand their needs
    and
    provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain and improve
    the overall performance and reliability of
    supply chain applications
    .

Profile:

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Information Technology, or a related field.

Required Skills

  • General knowledge of supply chain notions:
    Distribution, Allocations, Demand Management, Forecasting, Pricing, Replenishment

Technical Skills

  • Experience working with
    Opcon scheduler
  • Good understanding and experience in
    ETL processes
  • Basic to Intermediate level of
    SQL scripting
    skills
  • Understands and has experience with
    BLOB management

AMS Experience

  • Experience with
    Incident management
  • Has good understanding and experience in
    Root cause analysis
    techniques
  • Has an understanding of
    user proximity
  • Has good skills and experience in
    problem management
  • Has experience creating
    action plans
    and ensure
    follow-ups
  • Has good proven experience in
    escalations

Good to have skills

  • Knowledge in Anaplan
  • Anaplan Model Building experience

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
