Be part of our client's team as a Manager - Business & Tax Advisory, overseeing Australian accounting and taxation engagements that drive business growth and compliance excellence. In this role, you'll guide your team, manage diverse client portfolios, and deliver strategic advisory solutions that shape financial performance across industries.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 8-12 years of experience in business or tax advisory, preferably with Australian clients.
• Strong technical knowledge of Australian taxation and accounting standards (AASB, IFRS, ATO regulations).
• CPA qualification (AU or PH) or equivalent professional certification.
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience in a professional services environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for continuous learning and process improvement.

Your Daily Tasks

• Deliver expert Australian tax and accounting advisory for SMEs, trusts, partnerships, and global subsidiaries.
• Oversee client engagements and ensure compliance with ATO standards and Australian accounting regulations.
• Mentor, guide, and upskill your team members for professional success.
• Drive innovation through process improvements and strategic financial insights.
• Collaborate directly with clients and senior leaders to achieve business objectives.
