, you will oversee the end-to-end management of cash handling, reconciliation, and reporting for station funds and inflight sales. This role ensures accuracy, accountability, and compliance with internal controls and financial policies while supporting the seamless flow of financial operations across multiple station locations.
What You Will Do

  • Ensure that 1Aviation's Vision, Mission, and Values are upheld in all operational activities.
  • Manage and report cash sales related to Station Fund 5J/1AV and Inflight Sales.
  • Prepare, reconcile, and submit timely and accurate sales and cash reports.
  • Review and validate documents related to Fund Replenishments and Cash Advance Liquidations.
  • Ensure all cash-related transactions occur under audit standards and internal controls.
  • Retrieve, manually count, verify, reconcile, and deposit inflight sales collections on time.
  • Prepare and submit Daily Sales Collection Summary (DSCS) and reconcile with system records (e.g., Levarti).
  • Generate discrepancy reports and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders.
  • Maintain logs, records, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Monitor and manage Petty Cash Fund (PCF), ensuring complete and timely liquidation and documentation.
  • Assist in reviewing fund requests to ensure adherence to company policies prior to endorsement.
  • Ensure 100% on-time submission of reports and deposit compliance.
  • Immediately escalate irregularities, deviations, or variances from standard procedures.
  • Perform other functions as assigned by the Immediate Superior.
    An ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:

Educational Background & Experience

  • Must be a college graduate (any 4-year course).
  • At least six months of experience in cash operations or accounting .
  • Background in finance management, cashiering, or office administration preferred.
