Treasury Operations Manager

About the Role

Manage the company's liquidity, financing activities, cash management, bank relationships, and financial risk exposures. Manage daily treasury operations such as bank payments, cash transfer, fund allocation, AR collection, and credit terms.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures adequate funding is available for the business requirements.
  • Oversee daily cash positioning, inflow/outflow, collections, and payment process.
  • Knowledgeable with bank products (credit, escrow, transfer, FX).
  • Implement hedging strategies and other financial instruments to manage risk exposures.
  • Identify, monitor and mitigate financial risks, including interest rate, foreign exchange and credit risks.
  • Reporting of cash flow, loan schedules, risk management, and FX exposure.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and treasury policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in treasury, banking, project finance, or corporate finance.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of banking products, FX, and cash management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
