KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains all records and reports of assets.
- Monitors the movement of all company's assets including, but not limited to, office supplies, equipment, and documents.
- Tags equipment in a timely manner.
- Performs routine housekeeping, handling, and safekeeping of storage to ensure that safety measures are in place.
- Receives, verifies, and conducts quality inspection of all incoming and outgoing assets.
- Issues office supplies, gadgets, and office equipment with proper documentation.
- Releases return slips to resigned employees and checked surrendered accounted equipment.
- Secures clearances of documents for items that will be returned.
- Coordinates with every department with property related concerns.
- Manages and serves as custodian of serial number of all company assets in the Property Inventory System.
- Exercises reasonable care for equipment security to avoid loss or stolen assets.
- Ensures that all equipment is used for approved operational purposes not for personal gain.
- Receives requisitions from suppliers from different departments before requests are forwarded to the head office.
- Performs other duties as may be required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any Management Course or other related courses.
- Preferably with Training Certificate in Project Management
- At least 1 year work experience in Property Management
