NOT
a purely site-based inspection job.

This is a
STRATEGIC CONTROL ROLE
for someone with a
strong QAQC background
who can
oversee projects through quality, documentation, and compliance discipline

We are looking for a
Quality, Documentation, and Compliance Gatekeeper
— someone who does not simply inspect work,
but enforces standards, policies, SOPs, and contractual requirements across people, sites, and systems.

Are our people, projects, and documents fully compliant — or are we exposed?

This role exists
to protect the company
by ensuring that:

• Quality standards are
not optional

• SOPs and mandatory protocols are
strictly followed

• Documentation is
complete, accurate, and defensible

• Contractual and technical requirements are
clearly understood and enforced

• Non-compliance is
corrected — not tolerated

• Projects move only when
  requirements are met
• Internal teams
  comply with SOPs, MOMs, and mandatory workflows
• Site execution follows
  approved quality standards
• Documentation is complete
  before approvals reach management
• Client approvals, testing, and submissions are properly secured

Important Clarity

• A passive QAQC checklist role

• A "for compliance only" documentation role

• A messenger or coordinator role

This role
HAS AUTHORITY.

You are expected to
challenge, stop, correct, and escalate
when standards are not met.

What You Will Control

Quality Assurance & Quality Control

• Enforce workmanship, material, and method standards on-site

• Conduct quality audits and inspections across projects

• Issue corrective actions and ensure closure

• Stop or flag non-compliant work when required

Compliance & Internal Enforcement

• Enforce MOMs, SOPs, internal rules, and mandatory protocols

• Ensure engineers, PMs, foremen, and site teams comply consistently

• Monitor repeat violations and systemic non-compliance

• Act as management's quality and compliance enforcer

Documentation & Contracts Control

• Review and understand contracts, drawings, specifications, and BOQs

• Ensure site documentation complies with contractual and technical requirements

• Control inspection reports, checklists, approvals, and records

• Ensure documentation aligns with what is required, not just what is submitted

Operational Oversight

• Work closely with Operations and Management

• Audit compliance across multiple sites

• Identify quality, documentation, and compliance risks early

• Prevent disputes, delays, and claims through discipline and control

Who This Role Is For

• Licensed Civil Engineer preferred

• Strong QAQC background in construction

• Comfortable reading and interpreting contracts and technical documents

• Highly structured, detail-oriented, and firm in enforcement

• Respected on-site and unafraid to uphold standards

• Thinks in
risk, control, and protection of the company

Client & Contract Alignment

• Ensure BOQs, contracts, and approvals are aligned
• Prevent undocumented changes, variations, or scope creep
• Ensure compliance before execution or billing

• Documentation is complete
before problems arise

• Non-compliance is corrected
early, not repeatedly

• Quality issues decrease across projects
