Project QAQC Head

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review all plans and technical specifications.
• Manage and keeps track of all work inspection activities and coordinates with third party laboratory for material testing requirements.
• Prepare all material submittals, reports and other QAQC deliverables required for review and approval.
• Monitor and follow-up with TSG the required shop drawing for approval.
• Review, approve and maintain all project quality system records.
• Monitor site implementation of any revisions based on the approved site instruction of the consultant and management team.
• As necessary, issue Non-Conformance Report to all sub-contractors with regards to workmanship and quality issues and provide corrective action to prevent recurrence.
• Conduct weekly QAQC meeting with the sub-contractors' inspectors to discuss the possible solution concerning to quality control issues and construction schedule.
• Strictly implement the production of quality outputs.
• Make sure that project hand over is within or ahead on time schedule.
• Enforces company policies, procedures and monitors compliance to quality and safety standards.
• Providing leadership, mentorship, and direction of all QAQC personnel.
• Prepares Weekly and Monthly QAQC Reports.
• Accurately assess subcontractor's quality and on-time performance.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
• Must be available to commence work within 2 weeks.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Location: Willing to be assigned in Makati or Kamuning, Quezon City

Educational Attainment:

• BS Civil Engineering graduate
• Candidates must possess a Professional Engineering License (PRC) at the time of application.
• Materials Engineer 1 or 2 certified is a plus.

Work Experience:

• Candidates must have a minimum of 8+ years of QAQC experience.
• Experience must be specifically in residential/mixed-used high-rise construction projects.
• Experience in vertical/high-rise buildings projects is a plus.

Skills Required:

• Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Knowledgeable of material testing requirements and procedures.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans.
• Ability to interpret instructions, either written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisation skills.
• Outstanding leadership skills and should be able to deal effectively with all employees, from all levels of the organisation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Result-oriented and able to work with initiative.
