We are seeking an experienced Architectural Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QAQC) Inspector to join our team on an active hotel construction project. This role is critical in ensuring all architectural work meets design specifications, building codes, and quality standards throughout the construction phase. Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Inspections: Conduct daily and periodic inspections of architectural elements including finishes, facades, interior partitions, and architectural detailingSpecification Compliance: Verify that all materials, workmanship, and installations comply with architectural drawings and project specificationsDocumentation: Prepare comprehensive inspection reports, photographs, and maintain detailed records of all QAQC activitiesCode Compliance: Ensure adherence to applicable building codes and regulatory requirementsCoordination: Liaise with contractors, architects, and project management teams to address deficiencies and non-conformancesCorrective Actions: Monitor and verify resolution of identified issues and rework itemsTesting & Verification: Witness and document material testing, mock-ups, and sample approvals as requiredRequired QualificationsMinimum 5+ years of experience as an Architectural Inspector or similar QAQC role in constructionStrong knowledge of architectural materials, finishes, and installation methodsProficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings and specificationsFamiliarity with building codes and construction standardsExcellent communication and report-writing skillsPhysical ability to work on construction sites and access various building levelsPreferred QualificationsHotel or hospitality project experienceProfessional certifications (CCCA, AIA, or equivalent)Experience with QAQC software and digital documentation toolsKnowledge of sustainable building practicesJoin an inclusive, flexible and diverse company where you can thrive while contributing to positively transforming the world we live in. #ShapingaWorldofTrust #leaveyourmark.
