Medical Sales Representatives
are responsible for introducing quality pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and explaining the benefits and risks of these products. They aim to increase the visibility and awareness of the company's pharmaceutical and medical products and maximize sales growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to promote company medications.
  • Developing an in-depth understanding of company medications.
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments in medical legislation to determine the effect it may have on company sales.
  • Develop and implement strategies for expanding customer base and on the other hand minimize clientele attrition
  • Maintain proper record of accounts/sales operations and present periodic reports to management on business activities
  • Participate in conferences and seminars to improve job knowledge and expand personal network.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Proven medical sales experience of at least 5 years.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and presentation skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
