About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Associate to join the dynamic team at Westfair Marketing, Inc.' in Quezon City Metro Manila. As a full-time Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance within our retail environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
  • Assisting customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
  • Achieving individual and team sales targets through suggestive selling and product recommendations
  • Maintaining the visual presentation and cleanliness of the store
  • Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
  • Supporting the implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the retail industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of store presentation
  • Excellent numeracy skills and the ability to handle cash and card transactions accurately
  • A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude with a desire to provide exceptional customer service
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
