Retail Sales Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Retail Sales Associate to join our team.


About the Role

This is an entry-level position that involves handling customer transactions, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Process Customer Transactions: Ring up sales on a cash register, handle returns and exchanges, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain Store Appearance: Keep the store floor and checkout area clean and well-organized.
  • Operate Point-of-Sale Systems: Accurately operate point-of-sale systems, including credit card/debit card terminals.
  • Balancing Cash Registers: Count and reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Cash Handling Experience: Previous experience handling cash and operating a cash register is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Able to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with minimal supervision.
