The Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for executing staffing efforts and building a strong workforce that adds to the company's bottom line. This position conducts screening and is involved in the end to end recruitment process by finding potential candidates, screening them based on company values and defined job descriptions, and recommending them for hiring.

  • Fills open positions within agreed timelines based on defined qualifications in the job description and job briefs with hiring managers
  • Selects and screens candidates thru sourcing, resume screening, interviewing and other established selection tools for each position or department
  • Executes the end-to-end talent acquisition processes through proper documentation of screening results, coordination and planning of the candidates' next steps, creation of job offers and contracts until on-boarding
  • Provides timely feedback and/or results to each processed applicant
  • Coordinates and updates hiring managers on the hiring progress including the hiring pipeline for the requested position
  • Records data and maintains tracking reports on applicant information, hiring productivity
  • Observes utmost confidentiality in managing candidate information
  • Practices delightful, professional interactions with all candidates at all times
  • Collaborates and coordinates with other sub-units in People and Organization to achieve a seamless and complete on-boarding for new hires

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree preferably related to Psychology and Human Behavior courses
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Bagumbayan, Quezon City; open to work on field for external recruitment activities
  • Familiarity in using an ATS is an advantage
