To succeed in this role, you need to have:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- At least 6 months to 2 Yrs. Experienced Employee specialized in Sales is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills will be considered.
- Candidate must have experience in dealing with or managing corporate accounts
- Candidate must have proven track record in achieving performance targets
- Candidate must have a goal-oriented attitude and can work under minimum supervision.
- Candidate must be willing to work in ALVA Building C. Raymundo Ave. Pasig City.

We are looking for Account Managers who have the potential and can work with us in growing the business; discovering new accounts and opportunities; selling the company's products and services to achieve sales targets; and developing strategic relationship with clients.
What will you do?
Search for prospective clients.
Develop and sustain positive working relationship between the company and the client.
Meet clients to determine their interests and needs.
Gather necessary information about the client.
Know the products/solutions/services and how these could meet the client's needs.
Collaborate with the Pre-Sales Engineer for the preparation and presentation of proposal.
Prepare quotations.
Monitor and follow up client's response to the proposal and exert effort to close the deal. Negotiate, when necessary.
Provide assistance and support in the ordering, deliveries, collections, and other related processes.
Meet the efficiency metrics agreed with the head.
Track monthly/quarterly sales targets achievement.
Avoid aging items.
Collaborate with Accounting Department in the recording and gathering AR's.
Address promptly customer complaints and inquiries including post-sales needs.
Manage and resolve internal and external issues pertaining to the assigned projects/transactions/accounts.
Monitor future client requirements for new and additional orders.
Nurture working relationship with principals.
Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product Managers, Business Intelligence Group, and others to broaden customer share of wallet.
Handle the bidding/accreditation requirements and process.
Provide the Management/Head with timely and accurate reports/feedback as required, including but not limited to Sales Funnel.
Follow the company's sales-related Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) including but not limited to Rules of Engagement, internal sales systems/processes/applications like HubSpot, Oracle, and the like.
Participate in training programs and sales events as may be advised or required.
Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
