About the Role

The Inventory Administrator's primary role is to manage performance across the supply chain by ensuring seamless workflows for ordering, shipping, receiving, and storage. They support departmental procedures by organizing and reconciling data, facilitating smooth operations. Ultimately, the administrator is responsible for sustaining an efficient flow of goods from production to consumers, contributing to business growth and meeting performance targets in a fast-paced, globally integrated environment.

About the Team 

The Supply Chain team oversees all aspects from production at our suppliers' location (Asia, Europe & Americas) to delivery and optimization of all sales channels (e-commerce marketplaces, direct-to-consumer, brick & mortar delivery, and more).

What you will do:

• Ensure accurate and timely update of inventory and shipment receipts in the supply chain
• Create Amazon shipping orders
• Create shipping labels and coordinate with production teams on implementation
• Identify exceptions and outliers in data, escalate to management as required
• Coordinate inventory transfers to and from external warehouses
• Generate and manage reimbursement cases for lost inbound inventory
• Prepare and release periodic inventory management reports

Who you are:

• With at least 2 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or logistics support roles
• Strong proficiency in data management software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills 
• Familiarity with creating Amazon shipping orders, preferred
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to identify data discrepancies and escalate issues effectively
• Experience coordinating with multiple teams and external warehouses for inventory transfers
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for report generation and cross-functional coordination
• Adaptability to work with a global supply chain network across diverse locations (Asia, Europe, and the Americas)
