Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Plantation Manager that can work with Community Relations Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of agriculture and plantation-related projects. This role requires a strong background in project management, plantation/farm operations, and stakeholder coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end management of plantation/farming projects, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Supervise teams, contractors, and field staff to ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with government agencies, LGUs, and regulatory bodies for permits and project approvals.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for project sustainability.
  • Oversee procurement of agricultural inputs, equipment, and services required for project delivery.
  • Monitor project performance and prepare detailed progress reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Implement best practices for plantation management, environmental compliance, and community engagement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry, Agribusiness, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, in plantation or farming settings
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of plantation systems, agricultural processes, and sustainability practices.
  • Strong project budgeting, planning, and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
