Philippines IBS Integrated Branding Solutions Full time ₱360,000 - ₱720,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Marina Designer with a strong background in marina design and construction. The ideal candidate will have advanced technical drawing skills, a thorough understanding of construction techniques, and the ability to produce high-quality designs using CAD software. This role requires a high level of precision, creativity, and collaboration within a small team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed marina designs and technical drawings in accordance with project specifications.
  • Prepare accurate three-dimensional drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD or equivalent).
  • Apply sound technical drawing principles, including scale, dimensions, and materials.
  • Ensure designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver project outcomes.
  • Identify and resolve design challenges with innovative and practical solutions.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the design process.

Competencies

Essential

  • Minimum of five years' experience in marina design and construction.
  • Minimum of five years' experience with AutoCAD and Inventor.
  • Minimum of five years' drafting experience in trade, design, or a technical background.
  • Proven proficiency in CAD software, including 3D modelling.
  • Strong understanding of technical drawing principles.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and regulations.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in design work.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills within a small team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset for addressing design challenges.
  • Recent experience in fabrication/manufacturing design drafting.
  • Ability to fit seamlessly within the existing team culture.

Desirable

  • Civil design experience.
  • Marine environment design experience.
  • Familiarity with BIM 360 Docs.
  • Experience with Autodesk Vault.
