Recovery Operations Assistant

Job Summary:
The Recovery Operations Assistant supports the logistics team in managing and resolving operational disruptions, customer claims, and recovery processes. This role ensures timely resolution of issues, accurate documentation, and effective coordination with internal teams and clients to maintain service quality and minimize losses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring delayed, damaged, or lost shipments and coordinate recovery actions.
- Handle customer inquiries and claims related to shipment delays, losses, or damages.
- Maintain accurate records of all recovery cases, including communications and resolutions.
- Collaborate with warehouse, transport, and operations teams to resolve operational issues.
- Track recovery metrics and provide reports to management on trends, pending issues, and resolutions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in recovery and claims processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in handling claims and recoveries.
- Assist in preparing documentation for escalations or arbitration if required.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
