Project Manager – Web & Mobile Delivery

As a Project Manager, you'll be at the heart of our delivery teams—guiding projects from kickoff to completion, mentoring teams, and ensuring client outcomes are exceptional. You won't just manage timelines—you'll solve real-world delivery challenges, balance priorities, and influence project strategy across multiple international projects.

What you'll do:

  • Lead cross-functional Agile teams across multiple web and mobile projects
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to track progress, flag risks, and ensure timely delivery
  • Take ownership of project setup, governance, and reporting using Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Miro
  • Mentor and support delivery teams while managing scope, timelines, and client expectations
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies—stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives
  • Contribute to solution design, technical discussions, and process improvements
  • Ensure high-quality delivery with a focus on efficiency, organisation, and client satisfaction

What we're looking for:

  • 2–4 years of project management experience in digital delivery, consultancy, or agency environments
  • Proven success delivering web and mobile projects (SaaS, networking, or infrastructure experience is NOT suitable)
  • Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies; Scrum Master facilitation is essential (certification a plus)
  • Exceptional English communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly autonomous, confident, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects while balancing priorities
  • Critical thinker with strong organisational skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools (Miro/Slack)
  • Tertiary qualification in IT, design, or related field desirable but not mandatory
  • Experience with Australian or international clients is a must
