Website Content Administrator(Internal Title: Specialist, Product Support & Services)About the RoleWe're looking for a skilled and proactive Website Content Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll manage daily operations of our internal sites, support technical solutions, and act as a subject matter expert for digital content best practices. You'll play a key part in optimizing our intranet and content workflows, supporting both users and team members through training, guidance, and innovation.
What You'll Be DoingDesign, develop, and maintain intranet content (site collections, document libraries, workflows, etc.)Customize sites using web parts, custom forms, and other tools
Collaborate with content contributors to ensure timely, accurate updates
Maintain a clear content structure and consistent tagging across the site
Identify and escalate content gaps or inconsistencies
Test and evaluate third-party solutions
Deliver end-user training and support
Document processes and develop knowledge resources
Research and implement technical improvements and solutions
Train team members and users via phone, in-person, and virtual sessions
What We're Looking For2 years in website or digital content management
Experience with MS SharePoint 2007/2010/2013 or SharePoint OnlineBackground in web production and a passion for digital collaboration tools3–5 years of intranet or website experience2–3 years of training experience (preferred)Proficiency with browsers, CMS tools, and website development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
Ability to make sound administrative and procedural decisions
Work SetupHybrid (3x per week onsite)Amenable to shifting schedules aligned primaruly with US and will rotate to EMEA and APAC hours
