We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our Cagayan de Oro team as Customer Service Representatives. This role is open to HS/SHS graduates with or without BPO experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, troubleshooting, or service updates.
  • Document customer interactions and follow established guidelines and procedures.
  • Meet performance metrics such as quality, attendance, and productivity.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily and monthly targets.

Qualifications:

  • HS/SHS graduate or higher (no experience required).
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Can work onsite in Cagayan de Oro (CDO).
