Reviewing software architecture and system design regularly

Conducting code reviews and coaching developers

Performing code audits for client projects or investments

Contributing to the continuous improvement and development of teams

Participating in recruitment activities (exam reviews and interviews)Researching new frameworks and technologies

Required skills and conditions:Expertise in and ReactExtensive RDBMS experience with MySQL, MariaDB, or PostgreSQLHands-on experience with Azure or AWS, and good knowledge of DevOpsAdditional requirements:Minimum 15 years of software development experience

Knowledge of technologies like , Angular, Vue, C#.NET, Python, Java, Go is a plus
