HSSE Planning & Risk ManagementDevelop and implement site-specific HSSE Plans aligned with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and Bureau Veritas policies.Conduct hazard identification (HAZID) and risk assessments for electrical work, work-at-height, and heavy equipment activities.Oversee subcontractor prequalification and review safety performance before onboarding.2. Compliance, Audits & CertificationEnsure compliance with OSHA 29 CFR , ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and Bureau Veritas HSSE policies.Facilitate regular audits and inspections; address non-conformities promptly.Support external certification and reporting efforts.3. Training & Culture BuildingDeliver safety induction and ongoing training in electrical safety, fall protection, lockout/tagout, and PPE.Lead toolbox talks and promote Bureau Veritas' safety culture.4. Incident Management & Emergency ReadinessLead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions; prepare reports.Develop and conduct emergency response drills in coordination with project teams.5. HSSE Performance MonitoringMaintain accurate HSSE records (inspections, incidents, training); track KPIs and trends.Report performance to project leadership for continuous improvement.6. Coordination with Bureau Veritas & StakeholdersAct as point of contact for Bureau Veritas inspections, vendor audits, and certification assessments.Liaise with Bureau Veritas technical centers and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.QualificationsDegree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field; professional safety certification (NEBOSH IGC, OSHA 30-hr, IOSH, CSP).3–5+ years of on-site HSE experience in solar PV or large-scale renewable EPC projects.Strong knowledge of ISO 45001/14001 implementation and Bureau Veritas HSSE policies.Proven audit, risk assessment, and incident investigation skills.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HSSE software experience is a plus.What You'll BringExpertise in solar-specific HSSE risks: electrical shocks, arc flash, heat stress, working at height.Experience developing HSSE Plans aligned with solar EPC best practices.Familiarity with Bureau Veritas global renewable energy support and certification processes.Strong commitment to safety culture and continuous improvement.Join an inclusive, flexible and diverse company where you can thrive while contributing to positively transforming the world we live in. #ShapingaWorldofTrust #leaveyourmark
