  • Leads and co-creates strategic collaboration through industry partnership with the view of placing fresh graduates and alumni.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with companies, industry associations, both public and private sectors. The LM ensures partnerships are mutually beneficial and aligned with academic programs.

  • Negotiate and manage Memorandum of Agreement/Understanding (MOAs/MOUs) with partner organizations.

  • Collaborate with academic units and student affairs, to streamline employer engagement efforts

  • Build pipelines of opportunities for student programs that lead to employment

  • Monitor industry trends, hiring practices, and emerging skill demands

  • Provide insights to Team Learning and College Departments through employer survey

  • Facilitates career campus programs and skills development initiatives in coordination with academic units.

  • Monitor students and alumni placement

  • Track partnership outcomes (number of active partners, student placements, employer satisfaction)

  • Organize school activities / career events (e.g. career fair, hiring activities, mock interviews, company campus visit)x
