We are looking for a
Content & Operations Volunteer
to join our growing team. This is a part-time, freelance, hybrid volunteer role ideal for students, early-career professionals, or creatives looking to gain experience in mental health, content creation, community operations, and start-up environments.

Role Overview

As a
Content & Operations Volunteer
, you will support the team in creating engaging content, managing community activities, assisting with operations, and helping run internal programs for our Narra Buddies (licensed psychologists). You will collaborate closely with the Content Designer, Psychologist Operations Coordinator, Growth Manager, COO, and CEO.

This role has
no direct line manager
— you will work with the team collaboratively, with clear tasks and support provided.

Commitment:
Minimum of
10 hours per week
(flexible schedule; may include occasional work outside 9am–5pm due to our global team).

Key Reponsibilities:

  • Adjusting the design of workshop slide decks and presentation materials.
  • Design social media content and develop visually appealing marketing assets.
  • Support brand storytelling and content initiatives across platforms.
  • Assist in developing content for social media and community engagement.
  • Help organize Knowledge Sharing Sessions for Narra Buddies (licensed psychologists), including: Planning and ideation, Scheduling and coordination, Attendance tracking, Follow-ups, Developing incentive programs to encourage participation
  • Assist with day-to-day operations such as: Arranging meetings, Taking meeting minutes, Coordinating internal communications, Collecting and organizing information for the Psych Ops and Narra Buddies teams.
  • Provide additional support to the Content Designer, Psych Ops Coordinator, Growth Manager, COO, or CEO as needed.

Contract and Duration
