Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quality Assurance Manager located in Laoag with some work from home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing and ensuring compliance with aviation safety regulations, conducting audits and inspections, and implementing quality control measures. The Quality Assurance Manager will also be responsible for training staff on quality standards, monitoring maintenance activities, and compiling reports for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in aviation maintenance, including knowledge of airframe, engine, and propeller systems
  • Proficiency in conducting audits, inspections, and understanding regulatory compliance
  • Strong background in quality control measures and implementation
  • Excellent leadership and staff training skills
  • Ability to compile, analyze, and report data for continuous improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation Maintenance, Engineering, or related field preferred
