What you'll be doing
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring the availability and efficient use of office supplies, resources, and facilities.
- Coordinate and support meetings, events, and other internal activities to promote smooth communication and collaboration across departments.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process — from canvassing and purchasing to monitoring maintenance services and vendor coordination.
- Handle the proper request, issuance, and inventory of company supplies, furniture, and fixtures.
- Ensure the workplace complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations, maintaining a productive and safe environment for all employees.
- Support management with administrative reports, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Undertake additional administrative projects and special assignments to support company goals and initiatives.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in any field — preferably in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative or clerical work is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with strong organizational and communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office productivity tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a knack for managing multiple priorities efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to coordinate effectively with various departments and team members.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in preparing documents, reports, and maintaining records.
- Professional, reliable, and discreet, with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- A proactive and service-oriented mindset, always ready to provide administrative support where needed.
Work Schedule & Setup
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Work Setup: Full Onsite
Work Location
- 29th floor of SM Megatower EDSA Corner, Julia Vargas Avenue, Ortigas Center, Wack-Wack Greenhills, Mandaluyong City.
