Role Overview:

As a Virtual Assistant – Appointment Setter, you will play a key role in supporting our clients by managing their calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling client communication in a professional and timely manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to leads and clients via phone, email, and messaging platforms to schedule appointments.
  • Manage and update client calendars to ensure accurate scheduling.
  • Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on appointments as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications and appointments.
  • Provide timely reminders and updates to clients.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and represent Mintrix VA with professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Appointment Setter, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools (Google Calendar, Outlook, Calendly, or similar).
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and client communication platforms.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in lead generation and client outreach.
  • Familiarity with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or other meeting platforms.
  • Ability to work in multiple time zones depending on client needs.
