Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing/Video Content Creator to develop engaging multimedia content that enhances our brand presence and drives audience engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience in video production, editing, and digital marketing strategies to create compelling content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, product promotions, and social media.
  • Develop and execute video concepts that align with the brand's marketing strategy and target audience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement innovative content ideas.
  • Optimize video content for SEO and different digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Utilize motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video storytelling.
  • Manage all aspects of video production, including scripting, lighting, audio, and post-production editing.
  • Stay up to date with video trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Assist with other marketing content creation, including graphics, blog posts, and email campaigns as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in video production, editing, and digital content creation.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools).
  • Strong storytelling skills with a creative approach to content marketing.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for video content distribution.
  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Film Production, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • 2+ years of experience in video content creation, marketing, or related roles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Marikina: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
