Responsibilities:

  • Run and optimize strategies on our current top-performing platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Reddit, etc.)
  • Test and explore new platforms for future growth opportunities
  • Track performance, analyze results, and recommend improvements
  • Stay on top of social trends, algorithms, and platform updates
  • Collaborate with the content and sales teams to align on strategy

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of social media growth strategies
  • Experience in content strategy, social media, or community management
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in reviewing performance metrics
  • Creative problem-solver who enjoys testing and experimenting
  • Based in or willing to work in BGC, Manila
