Company and Job Details:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) with a background in property management and proven team leadership skills. The ideal candidate will combine strong customer service expertise with knowledge of property operations, tenant relations, and lease management, while supporting a team to deliver excellent service

Location: Portal West Building – Dumaguete.

This position is Office Based.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing tenant communications, including inquiries, requests, complaints, and follow-ups.
  • Support lease administration such as processing applications, renewals, and terminations.
  • Monitor rent payments, issue reminders, and assist with collections.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams and vendors for repairs, inspections, and property upkeep.
  • Conduct or assist in property walk-throughs, inspections, and move-in/move-out processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease agreements, and property activities.
  • Help prepare reports related to occupancy, tenant satisfaction, and property performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and local property regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to the property management team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in property management or real estate
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Acting Team Lead
  • Familiar of tenant relations, lease processes, and property operations
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and property management software is an advantage
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • College level
  • Above average English comprehension and communication skills
