In this role, you'll work closely with our Group General Manager and the Manila finance team, collaborating daily on accounting operations and compliance. You'll also prepare and present monthly financial reports to the Leadership Team based in Australia and the Group General Manager in the Philippines.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and oversee accounting operations across group entities (AU and PH)
  • Manage compliance for Australian tax, BAS/IAS, and SMSF reporting
  • Supervise monthly management reporting and intercompany reconciliations
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and financial advisers
  • Guide and mentor accounting team members with a focus on accuracy and development
  • Champion process improvements to ensure efficiency and compliance

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years' solid accounting experience, including exposure to both Australian and Philippine tax systems
  • Minimum of 3+ years' hands-on experience with Australian tax systems and compliance requirements is preferred
  • Strong experience using MYOB and BGL 360
  • CPA qualification (Philippines or Australia) preferred
  • Proven understanding of SMSF accounting and compliance
  • 1-2 years hands-on SMSF experience is preferred for this position
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, independent mindset — balanced with a genuine team spirit
