A HR JR. OFFICER (Employee Services – Records) focuses on managing and safeguarding employee information throughout the employee lifecycle.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Employee Records Management
- Update, and maintain employee 201 files
- Ensure records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Data Confidentiality & Compliance
- Safeguard confidential employee information.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, data privacy regulations
- Manage physical and electronic filing systems.
- Handle document retrieval for audits, management requests, or legal needs
- Provide employee data for internal reports.
- Issue employment certifications, service records, and employment verifications
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Psychology, HRDM, or equivalent
- Has at least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Has strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- KnowledgeableLabor laws and data privacy
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Familiarity with digital filing and document management systems
