The Regulatory Pharmacist is responsible for ensuring compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations, licensing requirements, and quality standards set by FDA. This role involves handling product registration, monitoring regulatory updates, and maintaining compliance with FDA policies, and also supports internal departments in ensuring that all pharmaceutical products and company practices align with legal and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and submission of CPR applications, ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Manage and process LTO applications for both company operations and client-related licensing.
  • Ensure all regulatory documents, including CPRs, LTOs, and permits, are properly documented and stored.
  • Ensure that FDA-approved products are properly listed on the FDA e-verification portal for transparency and compliances.
  • Facilitate compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) by ensuring facility readiness for repacking manufacturer LTO.
