  • Process new applications, renewals, and other permit concerns with different government agencies such as OMB, NTC, DENR-EMB, PDEA, BIR, and FDA.
  • Ensure timely submission and monitoring of regulatory documents and licenses.
  • Prepare, review, and update product documents such as brochures, MSDS, and product literatures.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of all regulatory-related records.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding product information and regulatory updates.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all government rules and regulations related to the company's products and operations.
  • Assist in internal and external audits related to regulatory matters.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Pharmacist (required).
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or related field (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply).
  • Strong knowledge of FDA, DENR, PDEA, and other regulatory processes.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Can work with minimal supervision and deliver tasks efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with government agencies and internal teams.
  • Must possess a positive attitude, initiative, and strong sense of responsibility.
