Position Overview

We are looking for a Licensed Regulatory Pharmacist to join our head office team. The Regulatory Pharmacist will ensure that all Medasia and Surgitech products comply with the requirements of the Philippine Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other governing agencies. The ideal candidate is a licensed pharmacist with experience in product registration, documentation, and regulatory compliance for medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and submit registration dossiers for medical devices and other regulated products.
  • Ensure compliance with FDA, DOH, and other relevant government regulations.
  • Maintain and update all product registration files, renewal schedules, and technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and principals regarding product dossiers, GMP, ISO, and technical data.
  • Liaise with internal departments (QA, Marketing, Operations) to ensure regulatory readiness.
  • Manage product listing, CPR renewals, LTO renewals, and license amendments.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely company compliance.

Qualifications

  • Must be a Licensed Pharmacist.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in regulatory affairs or compliance for medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare products.
  • Familiar with FDA e-portal submissions, LTO/CPR applications, and post-marketing compliance.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to articulate clearly and confidently in both written and spoken English and Filipino.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
