About the role

As a Store Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the smooth and efficient operations of our premium furniture shop located in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This full-time position will involve leading a team of sales associates to deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure the store meets its sales targets.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service
  • Ensure the store is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing to customers
  • Monitor and report on store performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Liaise with the head office on various operational and strategic matters
  • Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2 year's experience in a retail store supervisory role, preferably in the furniture industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in inventory management and data analysis
  • Adaptable to changing market conditions and customer needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Retail Management or a related field
