Role Overview

The Enterprise Systems Trainee – SAP & Analytics is an entry-level, cross-functional role designed to provide hands-on exposure to enterprise systems, business processes, SAP functional areas (SCM and FICO), and data analytics. The trainee will support project teams in various functional activities while undergoing structured training, mentoring, and on-the-job learning across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis Support

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
  • Support process documentation, basic gap analysis, and preparation of functional deliverables.
  • Help prepare meeting notes, reports, and project documentation.

SAP Functional Exposure (SCM & FICO)

  • Support SAP functional consultants in Finance (FICO) and Supply Chain (SCM) activities.
  • Assist in system testing, data validation, and issue tracking.
  • Learn and execute basic SAP transactions and understand end-to-end business processes.
  • Support documentation of change requests and functional enhancements.

Data & Analytics Support

  • Assist in data extraction, validation, and basic analysis from SAP and related systems.
  • Support preparation of reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries.
  • Help ensure data accuracy and consistency during implementations and enhancements.

Cross-Functional Project Support

  • Provide functional support across different project streams as assigned.
  • Coordinate with functional and technical team members under supervision.
  • Participate in trainings, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Perform other project-related tasks aligned with learning objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Graduate of Business, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, Management, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in enterprise systems, SAP, and data analytics.
  • Basic understanding of business processes, finance, or supply chain is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn multiple functional areas and take on varied tasks.
  • Good communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
  • Soft skills such as accountability, adaptability, teamwork and time management
